Recommended Intake:
Adults take one (1) tablet, one (1) to (3) times daily or as recommended by a health care professional.

People on blood thinners (such as Coumadin or Warfarin): Please consult your physician prior to starting any compounds containing green tea constituents such as EGCG. Certain green tea components may alter the metabolism of blood thinning drugs.*

1. Why is ProHieran better than some of the other hearing supplements?
ProHieran was developed by a medical doctor (MD) rather than a chemist, pharmacologist, pharmaceutical company, or non-medically trained audiologist. As a specialist in matters of ear, nose, and throat illnesses, his training provides better insight into the needs for the illness and better understanding of the patients need and desires for treatment.

Further, Prohieran's ingredients are far superior in quality and type to the other products. Prohieran has over 15 ingredients, including the very important compounds Resveratrol and ECGC. These compounds continue to show promise in laboratory research. No other product on the market uses these powerful compounds in conjunction with one another.

2. Do I take my regular multivitamin with this?
ProHieran lends extra nutritional support. If you are already on a multivitamin, you will likely still get benefit from taking your multivitamin. However, if you are on individual supplements already well represented in ProHieran, such as Co Q 10 or B-complex, you may find it more economical to take ProHieran as your source for these compounds.

Taking ProHieran is equal to taking separate bottles of Co Q10, resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid and B-complex vitamins. All of these separate compounds are included in this one product saving money and eliminating redundancy.

3. How soon should I notice results?
Approximately 50% of patients have reported improvement in various symptoms such as dizziness, ear fullness, or tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Results may be obtained within 72 hours but may not be seen until 3-4 months. Many conditions of the brain and nervous system may require 9-12 months for recovery or improvement.

4. Will ProHieran give me heartburn?
ProHieran comes in enteric coated tablets designed for better absorption and decreased GI symptoms. The best results will be noted on an empty stomach OR right before a meal. However, resveratrol and certain other minerals may cause irritation of the digestive tract if taken on an empty stomach. This is a natural phenomenon that can occur in anyone. If GI discomfort is an issue, take ProHieran with food. Heartburn medications may be used if desired.

5. Will this interfere with any of my other medicines?
ProHieran’s ingredients are safe to take with other medicines. HOWEVER, PEOPLE ON BLOOD THINNERS SHOULD SEEK THE ADVICE OF THEIR DOCTOR/PHARMACIST BEFORE TAKING ANY COMPOUNDS CONTAINING GREEN TEA EXTRACTS.

6. When should I take ProHieran? How much do I take?
One pill twice daily is sufficient for most users. Some find that 3-4 pills a day provides added reduction in other symptoms such as tinnitus and dizzyness. Because B vitamins and the extracts from Green Tea may give an energizing effect, we would discourage taking ProHieran too close to sleep. Morning and midday dosing are recommended.

7. How long do I need to take ProHieran?
To maximize ProHieran’s benefits, it should be taken daily. As with any nutritional product, its effectiveness depends on the active ingredients remaining present in the bloodstream.
ProHieran may be stopped at any time but the active advantages of these compounds can only be seen when proper administration is maintained.

8. Where can I buy ProHieran?
Currently ProHieran is only available online at www.prohieran.com. However, we expect to have national distribution in food and drugstores in mid to late 2009.

11. What are your shipping and handling policies?
All orders within in the U.S. and Puerto Rico are shipped via the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) for a flat rate of $3.95 per order. You have the option to upgrade to 2nd Day Air for an additional $4.00. All international orders are shipped UPS (allow 3-7 business days). International order rates vary by country (except Canada) and offer the shipping option of UPS World Express or World Express Expedited. Please email us for a rate quote. Orders to Canada are sent via USPS Ground and are charged a flat rate of $6.95 per order. Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax on each order.

12. What are your return policies?
We will fully refund any unopened bottles received within 30 days of purchase.
